to my love.
i see you--
you are admiring me.
the butterflies tickle me::
this feeling of aghast has overwhelmed me.
ah, you beam with a grin::
and i shall lift my eyes to yours--
to grin back with a heart that is credulous.
you have found me by chance--
in the midst of life.
we must abandon our past.
engaging in what He has adored us with::
an honest love--
with eachother
::and Him.

days.
these are the days.
this is bliss at its core.
foregranted, i have taken thee.
a day is a week; a week a month.
a month; a year.
where did all the happiness go?
i was once young.
i engaged in euphoria, in joy.
that glee was broken.
i felt isolated.
reminded was i.
that these are the days.
i shall serve with a beam.
in remembrance::
for i do not know; the inevitable.

path of bliss
dark clouds arise
i look back once more
no! i must leave before it is too late.
i am faint; my feet, they feel the ground no.
a strand of hair--falls across my face.
the black cat escapes across my path.
a tear trickles down my icy cheek.
i turn and walk away--
leaving this path of destruction.
::as the sun rises
just over the hill.
yes! i can almost see it.
i can bare it no more!
oh, how i mustnt get lost on this wearisome path again.
two poems of longing
poem 1
thunder asounds.
she screams-
cries out.
her voice is not
heard.
to her heart He says,
- you did not know me.
poem 2
this heart is somber.
my dismal being, it longs--
--for You--

there is beauty in the ugly::a collection [older poems i wrote]
a foresaken calamity
all the beatitude of a dame,
the amicable fortitude--
that once engaged her with bliss.
oh, the bliss--tis astray.
she is left weeping,
weeping for what once was--
her ravishing life vanquished,
thus leaving her bare and vulnerable,
displenishing any frugality that prevailed in her.
abandoned. buried. adrift.
her vibrant love crushed.
the austere, lifeless solidity of a dame--
now lay on the--fallen earth.
covered with impurities.
she has become a foresaken calamity.
this is my valedictory.
anew
oh, how she is imperceptible,
her essence harmonized--
with the ebony of night.
her benevolence is in a mask--
pleading to be ascertained!
--her obliterated swain
regards past her dismal being--
she shall execute with propriety.
inspiring on with her ravishing essence.
consigning to oblivian,
he who set her adrift--
this precious imperceptible damsel.
whom in time, will love anew.
ruined beauty
she lay in a linn of tears.
wretched by his eminent
words of closure--
her inclination of forlornment,
transpired subitaneously.
the radiant essence that
abided in her--
shattered.
she ceased herself away.
the utter likeness of her bloom--
now fading, fadin, fadi, fad, fa, f...
torn
look at me now--
what have i become?
i am bare, torn sheets--
they lay on the floor.
i engaged in my vulnerability--
created in myself,
damaged goods.
i gave all of me,
all of me was
--taken away--
the sheets now lay on the
cold.
dark.
floor.
torn.

you are ugly.
you are so attractive.
stop it!
i am falling in love with you.
no!
i wish you were ugly.
how i hate that my hands thrive to be your slave.
i embrace you daily.
i give in to your deceitful offers.
i go to bed empty.
this heart is hard.
world::why do you overwhelm me?
society:: why do i look up to you?
no more!
i refuse!
you. are. ugly.
[this poem is about the world and how it is so easy to fall in love with society and forget why we are really here, to serve our King, not this world]
